database software allows you to store more than just images
in the cabinets
and folders. You may store Microsoft Office® documents,
such as Word®, Excel® or PowerPoint® or
other types of files like Adobe Acrobat®. If you
have data files from other software applications, you
can still archive time using PAX-it. PAX-it is configurable,
so that you can control the types of documents that
you can store. PAX-it becomes your entire data management
system.

you can organize your images and reports in the
same folder, you
can also protect
your documents with PAX-it’s security features;
this would include any report that you create using
PAX-it’s report
generation capabilities.
You may also then share
these reports with other
people on your network.

you wish to find your reports, simply use PAX-it’s advanced
database search routine. You can specify
any information that you had put in your ID
TAG and can search all files or search for
a specific type of file.
